Shipping policy

At DirtMerch, every order is printed, inspected, and packed by hand in our U S‑based studio. We generally need two to four business days to process your purchase; orders placed after 3 p.m. EST roll into the next business day, and weekends or U S holidays do not count toward this handling time. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e‑mail with a live tracking link—please allow up to twenty‑four hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

For customers inside the United States we ship primarily with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground, depending on size and destination. Domestic transit averages two to seven business days, although remote areas and peak‑season surges can add extra time. International buyers are welcome, too! We dispatch worldwide using USPS International, UPS, DHL, or a trusted postal consolidator—whichever offers the best rate for your region. Typical delivery windows range from about six to twelve business days for Canada, seven to eighteen business days for most of Europe and the U K, and ten to twenty business days for Oceania and Asia; however, local customs processing can extend these estimates.

Please note that all international shipments leave our workshop DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The listed price and any shipping fee do not include your country’s VAT, GST, or import duties. Those taxes are assessed by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier upon delivery. Failure or refusal to pay them will cause the parcel to be returned, and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. To speed clearance we declare every item as a “3‑D‑printed plastic toy prop” under HS code 9503.00 and state its actual purchase value exclusive of freight; we cannot legally under‑declare value or mark orders as gifts. Supplying a phone number at checkout helps customs reach you quickly if questions arise.

If tracking shows no movement for more than ten consecutive days, please e‑mail contactdirtrider479@gmail.com with your order number so we can open an inquiry. A package is considered lost after thirty days on domestic routes or forty‑five days on international routes, at which point we will send a replacement or issue a refund at your preference. In the rare event your prop arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item within forty‑eight hours and send the images to us; we’ll initiate a carrier claim and prioritize a replacement.

Address accuracy is the buyer’s responsibility—please double‑check before submitting payment. Parcels that return to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re‑shipped once the additional postage is paid. Cancellations are accepted within twelve hours of purchase; after that window your prop may already be in the print queue. If you need to switch from the “Minor Assembly” version to the fully assembled option (or vice versa), contact us immediately and we will adjust the invoice if production has not yet begun.
